My first commission. After showing pictures of “Follow Me” to a good friend in Switzerland, he asked me to create a sculpture of his best horse Lantinus (the former # 1 show jumping horse in the world), that was retired from active international competition that year. I traveled to Germany to take pictures and measurements of this beautiful animal. His owner wanted the horse to just stand proudly, no action. I created three copies, one for him, one for his daughter and one for the successful rider who achieved all of its victories, the Irishman Denis Lynch.
