All my previous sculptures were larger in size, so I wanted to create one that was smaller and not attached to a base. The result was “Watch Me”. Because of its small size this sculpture is not hollow but solid bronze – quite heavy for its size. Foals have relatively long legs compared to their neck. Therefore, they have to be creative to be able to graze.
